Default South Buck lake (netting)

Normaly hit South Buck lake just for a walleye meal a couple time a year.
Was out this weekend ,caught a few very small walleye but fishing was very slow this weekend. Was it to early or is this lake fished out?
Did see a net in the lake ,and talked to a few other fishermen saying they seen a few other nets in other parts of this lake that day .
So is this right ,netting in a sportfishing lake ?

Some individuals have the right to net a sportfishing lake.
It isnt uncommon to see nets in Pigeon, Battle, and Buck.
