Does anyone know a good name for a new trucking company I am starting?
I used to own Trailblazer Trucking back in the 90's and I am firing up again and that name is unavailable. If someone has a great idea and I end up using it, I will buy them a $100 gift certificate at the store of their choice.
Thanks
Gord

name
I guess I would shorten it up to Blaze Trucking then.
And that would move you farther up in the phone book too.

What are you going to haul? Might make it easier to come up with a name.

Do you want to make it sound like a mom and pop, sort of personalized (maybe funny), or do you want it to sound professional, like you have (or hope to have) 200 trucks? If the latter, don't use jokey or hokey names.
Stay away from crude or suggestive names. Why risk driving off even one customer? Baitfisher... bad girl! LOL
Perhaps name it after the city or geographical area you operate out of. That always makes it easy to remember, and makes you seem the biggest operator and most logical company to call. I think a customer might be more likely to call Alberta Hotshot than Fred's Hotshot if they are just going from the phone book.

Rip it and tippit
That would be good for a mover, maybe Balls on trucking for a cattle liner.
I'm sure you get the idea. Figure what you will be hauling and maybe we can give a few hints.
By the way good luck with your new business. No crash trucking!
