very cool. some really decent shots there geez. thanks for bringing back some fine memories of one of my favorite old haunts. there's lots of fish in that system with those unique markings. good time of year to be hanging around out there, i'm surprised you didn't find any bigger fish.

As for the lack of bigger fish...I guess I'll just have to go back again before the end of the season and see what else the river has to offer This was my first time ever fishing the Penbina and I had a blast...I figure it can only get better

went yesterday after work and got 3 eyese in the same place from 21 to 28 inches to take home.
all in about 2 hours

lots of small ones too, and some bigger bruts got away

caught two 50cm eyes outta there today.. 5 under. beautiful place... low clear water
