Heading north to Inuvik nwt

Gentlemen

I am not currently a fly Fisher but it has been something I want to start doing.

As I am moving to Inuvik nwt in the coming months I cannot think of a better time to learn as there is limited things to do in the community so i might as well spend it outside fishing

I am curious what gear would be best suited for bank fishing some of the lakes and occasionally going out on the rivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have family from there.... I think you'll want a boat. Pretty bushy shoreline fishing. I'd be more likely to spend time cutting back to the yukon and fishing along the dempster.
