There were only two players playing for the Oilers in the first two periods.....Hyman and Koskinen. A win is a win but the Oiler play didn’t impress me too much tonight. That said, McDavid looked mediocre to me and got a goal and three assists.

Mediocre D first period. Slammed the door with offence in the third.

Good win.

He best be careful. Any more minuses and John Gaudreau will pass him on the way to the Hall of Fame.

Koskinen was +3 tonight. His offensive game was far superior to Crosby. Numbers don’t lie.
Good game boys!

Have I mentioned how much fun this team is to watch this year?

First in our conference with no OT losses in early December. Awesome

You guys should have seen the hats throw on the ice when Hyman scored his “3rd” goal that ended up being called back on the offside. Lots of hatless people left the building for a no-goal call. Lol.

I missed tonight’s game. Was it a breakdown in Oilers D or just one of those games… can’t win em all situations?

Missing nurse, Keith, and ceecee on defence and using brought up 20 year olds hurts yes. But as usual, the oil take awhile to get going. They showed up in the third period but a bit too late.

Dam. I saw the replay goals. Skinner wasn’t playing his best. Road trip blues. Bounce back next game.

The oil were slack for the 1st 40 minutes, never got fired up until the 3rd, can't take 40 minutes against any team and expect a great outcome, on the 4th goal McD was standing around like a spectator, you have to play both ends of the ice, hope they crank it up or it's going to be a long road trip, the got the Kings, Wild and Bruins no easy games.

Is McDavid playing hurt or fighting with his wife or something? Seems just a step off his normal pace. Still the best on the ice most games. But he’s definitely played a lot better
