I smoke chicken eggs lots. I like them with a cherry smoke. They sure add a nice flavour to potato salad and a new zing to egg salad

He has been posting videos like this for 12 yrs , Hunting seals, moose Ptarmigan ,commercial and sport fishing ,goose hunting ,trapping , ice fishing etc . He lives in Labrador I expect he is well aware of the rules in his neck of the woods.
