Hi 303,
Thanks very much for your offer. Unfortunately, with the insurance that the event needs to carry in order for the Boys and Girls club to be able to participate, we need to submit a volunteer list and spares list well ahead of the event date. This date has already passed, so at this time we cannot accept any further volunteers for the day of the event without resubmitting our insurance application, which comes with significant cost.
On behalf of the planning team we sincerely appreciate your interest - and as this is the 2nd annual event, keep an eye open for next year's event if you would like to help out!
