Yes, they taste great. That being said standard rules apply, if the there are spots on the liver discard the animal immediately, this is a sign of Tularemia.

Anyone willing to admit they ate the 'wild' rabbits in city limits? You know the ones that are always runnnig around the houses and back alleys.

Rabbit stew, oven baked are all good.
My favorite is spit roasting one over an open fire after a day hunting/hiking/camping whatever.

Where I live near downtown Calgary, most of the bunnies aren't even truly wild, they're feral pet bunnies of all colours.

Yeah, most of those are the result of misguided Easter gifts to little kids. They are domestic rabbits gone feral...likely taste OK. You may want to use a reduced recoil load in your 12ga on Princes Island so the residents in the high $$$ condos don't get too upset with the noise...

They often let you get so close that I could hunt with a knife if I knew how to throw one. Maybe a strong slingshot...

Brown in pan, then slowcook in the oven covered in cream sauce or mushroom soup... Eat when fork tender.

Oh my god I want some now....

Rabbits are very lean...one can essentally stave to death on a diet of just wild rabbit unless other body parts are eaten...and they are a little "stringy" for some peoples likeing...so the perfect fix...

Take 4 bunnys...
two boned porked chops...or half package of bacon...

Grind into burger and season to taste...most awesome "Bunny Burgers" or burger you ever tasted....ohhhhhhhuggg *drool* lol
