Default Travers

Went to Travers for the long weekend, and to say the least the fishing was fantastic. The water is a high as I have ever seen it. The spill way was flowing hard the whole weekend.

I was next door at Lit. Bow the past week. Tuesday was the best fishing but the Pike were sluggish water temp was 9.5c. Thurs was slower and water temp was 11.0c then today was the slowest and water temp was up to 15c but the Pike I did catch had tons of fight in them. I spent the rest of today catching baby Perch and a couple of Lake Whites. I figure the Pike will be active now that the water has warmed up and the cold front has passed, and hopefully I will get back there soon. Met Duster out there on Thursday and he mentioned that he was able to pick up a couple of Walleye. It sure is great to be back on the water.
Dodger.
