Default Flies on sale $1.66 per dozen!!!!

The other day I was at Wholesale Sports on the Yellowhead Trail in Edmonton and noticed that they are selling packages of flies (dozen) for $1.66
They told me that they have switched suppliers and are just trying to liquidate last years stock.
Maybe this is old news but I figured I'd pass this along in case anyone is interested in getting stocked up for the summer.

Switched from where,a Kenyan to a Chinese sweatshop?

If i don't tie it myself,I at least like my flies to be tied by somebody that has actually seen a trout in their lifetime, and prefer them to not unwind after 5 casts. You get what you pay for.

I bought a bottle of head cement and I make sure to use it on all the "cheap" flies I buy. Makes a world of difference with durability..

Except that they bend out on you (which they do relatively easily)...

x2 on "you get what you pay for"!
