Asking because I have a few factory load boxes of Barnes copper and they appear to be as much as 60 thou off the lands of my Rem 700 BDL 7 mm mag. Loading from scratch is the best for seating close to the lands but I have these boxes of good quality copper Barnes factory loads.
Unsure if these are crimped and it may not even be possible to pull them partly out with my hammer style pulled. To pull / pound them an 8th" to measure and re seat would likely work to start.
Could always shoot them the way they are too I guess.

Shoot a few first to see how they group for you.
OAL is simply a number , there is no rule that says you have to be such and such a distance for the lamnds.
many of the rifles i have accuraized over the years and worked up loads for were amazingilly accurate, yet the bullet was far from the lands because of the magazine length.
