Default Help ID Winchester Browning 1885 High Wall? B78? 35 Whelen Improved

I need help to ID what I think is a Winchester Browning 1895 High Wall. It is chambered in 35 Whelen Improved. Round barrel. Nice wood on the stocks but it was refinished and the checkering needs to be redone. The serial number doesn't match up with anything I can find. Perhaps there is someone who knows these guns well that is willing to help? Maybe its a custom build? I am looking to buy this rifle but don't know the value or what it is. The first photo has the serial number.

Can call Browning to ID what it was when built, appears to have been modified, probably barrel and stock. I can't see the underside of the action to tell if it is a 78 or an 85, need a shot with the lever open to see the springs. They built round and octagon barrels, so, that doesn't say a lot to look at the pic of that one, unless it is not marked Browning. Not sure if they built Creedmore barrels in anything other than 38cal. and up, appears to be a Creedmore length.

Here are a couple photos of the action. Nothing showing the inside, but I noted that there were 2 coil springs inside it.

The extra screws in the trigger are different than an 85, only one screw in an 85. And yours doesn't have the pin on the rear of the receiver that the 85 has. Forgot about that detail.

Here are some pics of a 78
