Updated Airforce Manual:
-It is generally known the pilot is lucky to have only minor injuries when ejecting at 50 feet above ground.
-It is generally inadvisably to do a catwalk
while banking hard.
-When performing the aerobatic assault maneouver known as "my aircraft is the suicide bomber", the pilot should plan his ejection in a timley fashion so he is ejected far away from the target, this reduces chances of landing beside a large fireball with your nylon parachute.
I think the guy from the Tiger something or other squadron with the F-18 painted up as a tiger does a better catwalk, this guy... too flashy.
