Default Swift Current places for fishing

Hello all, The family is heading to speedy creek for a family reunion and a bit of holiday. If anyone could point us to some places to try our luck fishing that would be much appreciated!! We will be fishing from shore. I would ask the relatives but they are nearly 80 and haven't been outdoors people in decades. Thanks in advance. The kids are underage and don't require a license but the wife and I will be purchasing ours of course.
