Not looking good for the foreseeable future, I'm sorry to say... I called a few places last week, looking for a few different types of 300 WSM. A couple of places have told me it's been ~1 year since their last shipment of 300 WSM

The only Canadian site I could find showing stock is very much a scam site

Following this thread hoping someone might have some more positive insight! lol

Was talking about it at local range/store a couple days ago, nobody could find it, apparently it is unobtanium. All the short mag stuff is from what I have heard:seen.

Do you reload because I see new 300 wsm brass at least 3 times a week for sale, primers are around but pricy ,as for bullets a guy has to change his favorite pet load. There's powder all over at decent prices . the odd box of nosler 180's do show up ,but rare .

New times for new adjustments , I know a guy who loads for 4 guys and there all happy .

If you already have brass then score a couple hundred primers and load 10 boxes . 10 boxes in a store will cost with tax over 1k easy . So spend 500 on components and find a buddy to reload for you. I can't see myself ever buying store bought boxes of ammo.

Few sites say they have plenty ,but don't be scammed .

All the best
JD

The manufacturers are concentrating on the faster selling products these days, so some particular loads may not be available for a long time. I would be considering alternatives at this point, as the load that you are looking for, may be a year or more away.

If you're not a handloader I'd be thinking about ditching my wsm's altogether or buying up all the factories I could find on the ammunition B&S sites. I've heard from several retailers that the short supplies are due to reasons beyond just cartridge popularity, i.e. royalties, and they're not forecasting inventory availability any time soon.

Was sure I saw some at the local shop, but dropped by yesterday to take a look and there isn’t any. Many boxes of each 30-06 and 270, some 308, and a couple of boxes of 26 nosler. This all for the loaded accubonds. There were also a couple of boxes of accubond lr in 6.5-284 norma.
