Default West of Suffield campgrounds

Can any one point me in the direction of a small quite campground on the west side of the suffield base?. ( Around Jenner or even Patricia ) Drew an Elk tag for early sept and need a place to live for a few weeks or days hopefully!

Don't know about anything on the west side, but there is a nice little campground on the river at Buffalo on the north side.

Right at Jenner they have a few stalls with power, depending on what crews are there it may be full, just call the hotel/bar if interested.

We stayed just north of Jenner along the river last year,I know alot stayed at the one by Buffalo, depending where you want to hunt,we also stayed at the river along hwy 41 on the east side oh and hotel Dodge for several nghts...

If its anything like last year you want to be mobile, plan on about 3,000km of kidney jarring fun, as that block is big!! good luck!

We stayed at the Emerson campground last year as well for our Antelope hunt. There was a heck of a windstorm went through and knocked over huge trees!
We heard an Elk bugling that same stormy night along the river and I saw another whopper just east of the campground.

They used to have ball tournaments down at the river north of Jenner and we stayed there before.
