GFs first sturgeon
Another member of the tagging program was anchored up where we planned to fish so we tried a few different spots and she managed to catch and land this fatty. She's hooked now!

Great fish! Is it just me or does there seem to be a lot of success as far as sturgeon to this year.... Compared to years past? Maybe just more people sharing? Either way it's a good thing. And hammer down a cold rickards red!! You guys earned it.

Thanks fellas, Her and I changed the oil in the motor and replaced the bottom end of the motor(went with a stainless impeller) and that's all she could talk about was getting a bigger fish now. I think she's a keeper!
And for those of you that pm'd me, I apologize for my sarcasm, apparently it gets lost on the interweb. Take 99.9% of what I say with a grain of salt. I've got a different sense of humour
