Default floating the peace for elk in september....

Just curious if anyone on here has experience floating the mighty peace river?
Wondering if there's enough crown land up around west of the town of peace river to make a float elk trip viable?
I know there's a fair amount of agricultural land up around there.

Put in at Dunvegan and its a great trip. Most of south bank of the river is part of the huntable Peace River Wildland Provincial Park. Lots of elk. Not much jet boat traffic when I was on there. Easy paddle, no rapids etc.

How skinny is the water in this area? Could this trip be done in a small zodiac?

Default peace

Grew up in Peace country, most guys have a jet boat, need traffic lights on river now. Elk know when motors roar time to stay in the timber.
