Default Retirement present

So my boss is retiring after 30 plus years at the same job. I have drawn a blank on what to get him for a going away present. He’s an avid motorcyclist, fisherman and horse guy. Any ideas on what would be appropriate?

Sounds like a guy that's trying to get away from something. New wife?

A real nice rod and reel set up would be appropriate, depending on which type of fishing he really likes.

What's your price point. I believe milestone gifts should be simple timeless.

A firm hand shake if he was a good boss that was respected. If he did his part his legacy is gratitude for his dedication and that would be all he needs.
