The Moultrie D40 and D50 cams are cheap and they work well other than they don't like the cold and the batt life is poor.

use the solar charger and a small wet cell, they will last a long time in the bush.

I had a Tasco and it was crap. As soon as it was below 10 degrees it stopped working altogether. I now run bushnells of varying models and have been loving them. Very good pictures and lots of animal pics since they actually work. Nothing worse than leaving your cam out for a few weeks and then checking it and finding out it worked for less than a day.
