DMT Customer Service SHINES!!
Bought a DMT Diamond DiaFold Red/Blue sharpener when I was down in Post Falls Idaho at the end of June. As it turns out, the coarse side of the sharpener was faulty, so I emailed DMT as I couldn't return it to the store I bought it at. I got a response back the next day and within 2 weeks I had a new sharpener... No Questions Asked!!! They didn't even make me send the old one back! It's nice to see some companies out there still have excellent customer service.
The sharpener itself is second to none in my opinion. It has put edges back on knives that were untouchable by my Spyderco sharpener.
THANKS DMT you were recommended to me by someone and I would definitely recommend your sharpeners to anyone else wanting a high quality diamond sharpener.
