Default Whitetail European Mount

Thanks to Alex Muirhead for doing this mount for me. I got it back in a timely fashion and he stained the antlers. Looks great!

Wish my euro mount had that nice or a rack. One more thing you might want to do to preserve it better is put a clear coat gloss or semi gloss on it. Also makes it look prettier

Beautiful job on the skull and antlers.

But it is not a "Euro mount" until it is on a plaque.

Nice looking deer but it needs some serious degreasing

Looks great! It also looks like a buck I've seen. I know, probably not, but maybe......

Did you shoot it or find it dead? What is the inside spread?

Looks great Barry. Did Nube help you out again this year?

Yeah the degreasing is my fault not the taxidermists, I waited too long to bring the deer in.

Inside spread is 21 5/8"

I shot this deer last year, I wanted to do a shoulder mount but with 4 broken tines I couldn't justify it. I scored it just under 150, guessing more or less what the broken tine lengths would have been.

No help from Nube on this one, but he can be my guide any day that's for sure.

Thumbs up Thought I might toss mine in as well

Here's mine from 2010 Rifle Season.

I...almost didn't shoot...though it was a little small...

I was wrong. the long brow tine is exactly 7 inches. not real sure what it would measure out at net. any guesses?

enjoy the crappy camera phone pic.

Looks great!!! I love the look of a boiled skull and dark antlers!

Jesus Duffy is becoming more and more predictable.
