Default Should I let it soak?

Been putting my trailcam out, moving it around, found a great spot, finally set up my stand today(ladderstand). I know it should have been up earlier, but had delays with permission, a wedding Saturday, etc. Now I'm wondering if I should go to my stand tomorrow morning, or should I wait a day or so? Gonna be hard to wait more on opening morn.

I put up a stand a few years ago and shot my moose about 3 hours later. Next morning I left camp just after daylight and went back to my stand for a deer. Bucks were moving(nov17) and after 1.5hrs I had a 10 pt down. It might not be the case always but you gotta try. Keep wind in mind of course

I put my treestand up on the day that I am hunting. I had deer walk by within 30 minutes after I had it set up. I hunt Crown Land & new well sites go up all the time in the areas I hunt. I go to a spot & hunt & then I head back to the same spot to hunt again in 2 weeks & it changed.
Anyhow I usually had deer come by on the same day I stuck my treestand up.

I put up another one over the the weekend as well and plan on sitting in it this week. I do prefer to "let it soak" but sometimes you can't.
