Default What a mess

I took my boys out yesterday to see if we could find some ruffies and ran into this mess. My kids couldn't believe that people would leave such a mess on public land. Propane tanks, old TV’s. This was the worse spot I found but found many other spots were people have been shooting and their garbage left behind. Ran into four other vehicles that were out shooting, just hope they cleaned up after themselves.

I could see the oil company putting a gate in one day and then no one will be able to use this area.

That is not cool.

That would be very frustrating.

Nasty
Did a job in Kananaskis last week all off-road to get into pipeline we needed to expose
Seen probly 8-10 sites. Much like this one
People are pigs
Worst problem is the oil companies get blamed for 90% of it all even though they are the ones cleaning most of it up

Perhaps Conservation cops should set up some trail cams in the area to catch some of these a......s's in the act, with licence plate of vehicle and follow up with some tickets/court appearances!

Just a thought!

Disgusting the way some people treat the environment!

This kind of thing angers me. I spent most of my weekend cleaning up after others and it begins to wear on you year after year cleaning instead of enjoying what you went out for.

I truly do hope that Kama is real ( I hear she's a real .... well , not nice , you know ) and that someday , they will be on the receiving end of the crap that they are spewing.

Sadly ever since they put in the all season road on the canfor haul it has became a haven for drunks and pathetic sites like the above. More than once iv seen people firing automatic weapons in that area...

Hey John just phone 310-0000 and ask for the Forestry Rep(ESRD) for your area and also your county rep or office

I have done this a few times as if its left then it becomes a dump

Thanks for sharing

David

Pigs are cleaner than that. Not sure who these bottom feeders think is going to clean up after them. If they can afford to drive out there then they should be able to take a trip to the dump.

I called and they have pictures of the mess already. The guy I talked to will be going out this week to see what they need to clean it up. They might be putting up cameras to catch people dumping. They have done this in the past at other areas and laid fines. They will also be looking at the trash to see if they can find any names that might have been left on an item.
