Rapala Auger Extension

Hey all, i cant remember or find the thread where a few people mentioned which extension worked for the rapala nitro auger. Can tire has been jerkin me around trying to special order the actual one for it so i gave up. I do remember someone said they had bought a different brands extension and it worked! thanks in advance!

If i'm not mistaken, they're made for Canadian tire by Eskimo and re-branded with the rapala logo?

I'd be interested to know as I also own one, also wondering if Eskimo replacement blades would work for it...

I know the eskimo 8inch replacement blades work , was also wondering about the extension .

I have a different Eskimo re-brand from Costco Its a tempest same as the rapala nitro and the eskimo mako. I bought a 10" eskimo flight last year and it fits fine so I see no reason the extensions won't fit.

Got the 12" Eskimo extension from The Fishing Hole last year and it fits on my Rapala auger/rapala flight.

I use a Jiffy on mine. On the top end I had to file the top of pipe a little to fit because the depth was just a little to deep and was hitting the gearcase.
