Default Spruce and Reesor - stocked yesterday

Went for a drive yesterday to Cypress Hills and met 2 fish trucks leaving on the Reesor Lake road near hwy 41. It appears that they had stocked Reesor for sure ..judging by the 10 or so pelicans that were gathered near the dock area. The campground was closed - gate to that end of the lake was locked by the dock..really muddy in the dock parking lot. Was quite a few people fishing but pretty quiet for a May long. Still some pretty big snowdrifts among the trees in some areas.

Yes the road was open to Spruce but I didn't go down there..I am 99% sure that the ice would be off. I think that one of the fish trucks I saw probably had been down there it (the road) looked to be not too bad. The camp area at Spruce is closed so I imagine still some snowdrifts down there in the bush.
