Default Dixon Trout Pond

I was wondering if anybody had fished there lately. I have some time off and thought that would be a cool place to camp and fish with Gleniffer Lake next door. Was there any flood damage?

Fished there a few weeks ago. Trout were not biting that well mostly little ones. I think Glenifer is closed for fishing. Looking at the water it looked ok no oil on the bank from what I could see. The boat launch is closed at the park to get onto Glenifer I didn't see any boats on the water when I was there.

Just got back from there.

Not a bad day caught 10 or 12, mostly small around 10 inches. Lot's of real small ones hitting but not getting hooked. Need to use small hooks if you are fishing from shore. I trolled around for about 3 hours till the sun got the best of me.

Boats all over Glennifer so no problems there. Campground looked pretty full but there were a few spots open.

Thanks for the info. We will be leaving tomorrow, so I would think that there would be lots of camping spots.
