Default 2020 Draw results!

Well today is the day! It's just like Christmas. I'm hoping for an Antlerless Prairie Moose and if the stars line up Antlerless Elk at home.

Post your results and good luck to all!!

Yes, I hope the system runs smoothly. An hour and a half to go!

They should have advertised 9am and dropped it at midnight last night so the system doesn’t crash. Good luck to all!

I put in for antlered mule deer. Without enough priority. If I get it, it will be like winning the lottery lol.

I have a few that I might get/might not. Most years I know pretty well what its going to be (besides lottery draws).

Would you guys mind waiting until 10am to check? Just so the system doesn't crash before I take a look?

With the new changes for either sex draw code 41 I chose to go the antlered route, was only 999ing this season anyways but noticed that I did not get my priority point. History for 41 says 7 last year,on the new antlered 18 code is says I was a 6 moving to a 7. I emailed relm so will see what happens, anybody else on the either sex change notice that?

Thought I might draw a few tags that I was on the edge for. No luck. Started looking at the number of applicants and it seemed considerably higher than previous. Checked the stats and found a 25-35% increase in the number of applicants. That surprised me. With the requirement to have a wildlife certificate this year, the expectation was that non-eligible applicants would not be able to apply - so fewer applicants and better chances to get drawn. Haven't checked all the draws, only those I was in line for, so that might not hold across the board. Certainly surprised by that and, honestly, disappointed in seeing those numbers. For example, the Mule deer zone I am applying for, which has previously been a 5 year wait, will be close to a 20 year wait with the number of applicants and available tags (which haven't changed)!
Makes me wonder if there is a problem in the system? Really makes me question the outfitter/land owner tags as well (as I recall, they exceed the number of available resident tags in many zones). Anyone else notice this?

A good buddy put in for bull moose with what we thought would be enough points but he didn't get it. It would have been his first bull so I didn't put in since I wanted to see him shoot it and we only wanted one moose. I had more than enough. Too bad. And here we thought we had this system figured out...? lol.

Nothing for me. The Whitetail will be in trouble this season.
