Not sure where down south your looking but after chasing mule deer down in 150 this fall, I believe there can be a huge buck anywhere in those coulees. So many hiding spots. All the ranch land I got permission for were more than helpful with tips where the deer were and just down right friendly. Too much land to scout and hunt in 1 week. Never did see any crankers in all that week but managed to pull out a couple of respectful bucks in 2 days. Was a good hunt adventure. Can't wait to see what will be out there in a few years when all mule deer go on draw.

Thanks buddy. Still trying to get over last nights hunt. Haha. Found this thread while I was looking for similar deer pics.
