Tough fishing at Travers

Fishing was tough at Travers res. today. Only one bite between me and pops in about 4.5 hours of fishing. Dad and I both had flashers, seen lots of action on the flasher but they just wouldn't take it. Started with chartruse then switched to black, then gold and even a small rattlin' jigging spoon at the end. Those eyes would swim up take a look and f*#k off. We met a few fisherman today including "calgarygringo" hell of a guy. So the trip wasn't a total dissappointment....
