Graham Creek Reservoir

Hello to all
I recently checked out Graham Creek Reservoir. Walked in along the canal with a buddy and his son to wet the lines. I have just read some older posts on this reservoir this morning and didn't know it was private land... Does anyone know what farm house the owner lives in? I would like to ask permission to access in the future, and pass along a case of beverages to him/her... By the way my buddies son caught his first Pike and a few more after that. Fishing was steady, however all were under sized. Also, does anyone know if there is perch in this body of water? Thanks in advance for the comments...
