Default Euro Whitetails

Went and checked on the progress of our locked deer we found. Here are some pics of the finished bleached skulls. Any idea the scores of these 2 deer.

Here is the original post with pictures when we found them

x2 on that one. Even though they both look great...I would've loved to see what the finished product would've been with them still locked. But of course, it sounded like it was cost-prohibitive, which is understandable.

Man...that one on the left (in pic 2 and 3) just looks evil to me! The Goblin Buck!

They will be back together in the mount. They where taken apart to work on them. She said that once she cleaned off all the meat they came apart eazy. We are hoping that we get it back here in the next week or two.

Anyone care to guess what they score. Nither me or my brother inlaw have ever scored a deer.

did you do it yourself ?

If yes, how do you prevent discoloration at the base ?

get a tape put to them before the taxi puts them back together. it'll be way easier to score now.
