Default Moose tracks in the yard

Last night a moose wandered through my yard, this is a rare occurance, once or twice a year maybe. I was wondering if the rut was still on or if this one was just lost?

Had a bull and cow in the yard this morning. Bull is about 30 inches. This is not the first time.

Was out on the weekend seen and heard both cows and bulls calling! They are in the second estrus cycle no doubt, seen a bull chasing a cow aggressively.

We were out Sunday pushing bush for our daughter, went home for lunch and a short nap (we live in town), later we head out for the afternoon and notice the neighbors fence is crunched and moose tracks down our driveway. I was asleep on the couch with my moose tag in my pocket. But I was able to fill my tag yesterday so all is good.
