those look like just fresh water shrimp/scuds. i don't think they are anything to worry about, fish love them.

Fresh water shrimp. Lot's of lakes have a good population of them.

I have seen some people by the boat launch at Little Bow catch them and keep em fresh in a pail of water. Good eaing or so I was told. But the pike love em.

Definitely an amphipod (family Gammaridae), also commonly called scuds as mentioned here.
