It's a plain jane CDL barreled action .243 that is MUCH to accurate to rip apart. It has a McMillan compact on it, Rifle Basix trigger, with PT&G aluminum "Oberndorf" bottom metal under it. Of course the Talley LW's and 3.5-10X40 VXIII that will probably go in the mail for an M1 this week.
A bunch of Lapua brass and 105 A-Max's should be here any day also.

I just weighed it and it comes in at 7lbs 6.2 oz's. Lighter than I thought it would be.

It is a factory barrel and Remingtons run 9 1/8. I've been assured by a couple of guys that they will work. Keep in mind Hornady usually runs short on their bearing surface. Here's hoping.
Some interesting points here.

Nice rifle. Looks just like my Win Model 70 Black Shadow. Has the Harris bipods as well.

Chuck,
Didn't you sell a custom 243 very similar to this one a couple years back??

I did and this is it! I traded back into it and sold the McMillan Classic ADL stock and went with a compact and the custom bottom metal. That's how I know it shoots.
