Default Wolf vs. Wolverine

A friend that I work with got these pictures yesterday at the mine where we work. Seems a wolf and a wolverine were having a bit of a disagreement over a dead caribou. Thought some of you might be interested.

That wolf sure looked like he figured he could give that wolverine what for though, bet he learned otherwise fairly quickly though...

Default bears

I had a medium bear at a bait one time. He suddenly looked up, stared down the trail for a few secs and then bolted.
I figured a bigger bear was coming in, but instead a wolverine trotted in. That bear wanted nothing to do with that little terrorist.
They are pretty tough.

Smart money on the wolverine. They are nature's little sociopaths......

My buddy sat and watched the whole show, and believe it or not the wolverine actually ended up taking off and leaving the 'bou for the wolf. I would have put my money on the wolverine as well. Wish I had been there with him to see it all happen.

Yeah my money was on the wolf. The hype over how tough wolverines are is goofy!
