Dang what time do you go to bed? Supper time??

Happy birthday!! I can't think of a better way to spend it than on the lake.

Congrats David!

Been dreaming about a maligne or talbot fishing trip since the early 70's...sadly never made it, so I am living vicariously through your adventures.

Hope you enjoy many more birthdays out there.

Are you still in Alberta? I'd be happy to take you.

Super.

If you want a great recipe.

Take a 1/2 of mayo and sour cream. Mix with some chopped green onions and fresh dill.

Fillet fish. Debone if possible. Place in baking pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Put sauce on top of fish and bake 425 for 8 - 10 minutes.

Delicious. Was amazing on halibut also. Works great on walleye also.
