Post up some pics.

The brother in law has a min pin. I think they're called. It's a chihuahua that looks like a Doberman. It's actually pretty well behaved.

Switch from salmon oil to herring oil. Way better for your dog. Also, make sure you give him different proteins and not just a beef. That way you can avoid creating the food allergies. Raw egg once a week also helps. And don’t forget veggies!

My buddy had a pair of out of control Boxers, they would eat his drywall and ate part of his old big box big screen TV. They would jump all over you wrecking your clothes, he had zero control over those dogs.

OP, what a beautiful dog. Dogs are the best! They make life sooooo much better.

Been thinking of getting another since my buddy of 21 years passed a year ago. It still hurts, REAL bad

I'll look into the herring oil. Thanks for the tip.

I'm sure he's not the world's biggest lapdog, but if I sit on the floor he will come cuddle right up. Sometimes plop down right in my lap. I don't think he realizes how embarrassed he should feel.

Today was bath day. Every time he has a bath, he gets a stuffy treat. Today was a fox. He'll be on the floor tearing it to pieces for about a half hour. His toys don't last long. It puts a smile on his face tho.

Do any of you guys have any updates on your pooches?

He had daycare today so he's probably not going to move at all until tonight when we go downstairs to wind down. And we won't have to worry about him pestering us all night. Daycare days are good days.

Today was his first day trying whole raw chicken pieces. I got him a pack of leg and backs. I cut the drumstick off of the back so it would be easier for him.

It took him about an hour to get it down. He finally figured out that he could chew the bones up too.

The little bugger took a piece out of his bowl and onto the boss's living room rug. So I put him out on the deck. I didn't want him dragging raw chicken around the house.

I think he would prefer the chicken wrapped in bacon.
Don’t we all!

I know I sure would

But the boss says he's already too expensive to feed and he eats better than we do.

All I know is if I lock them both in the trunk for a few hours, then let them out, only one of them is going to be happy to see me.

So he gets special treatment for that.

I'm going to try him on some west coast salmon. I found it buried in the freezer. His win, my loss. That was good salmon!

If he's sitting and I start rubbing his chest he'll fall asleep in seconds and start drooling.

He's needy and wants attention when I'm watching TV. The next thing I know, there's slime all over my arm.

He reminds me of the dog from turner and hooch.

I wish my new puppy came with an off switch like that.
He’s a Siberian husky. 10 weeks old today. When he’s awake he doesn’t stop, either running around the basement or dive bombing our 1 year old German shepherd.

Post up some pics of them.

Ya I think after you get a puppy you realized that you forgot what it's really like

Ours rips up the house when it's too cold to play outside. I can't wait til spring weather.

The hardest part has been managing their playing together. The bigger guy is about 80lbs, and can be abit rough. And the little guy constantly instigates wrestling or chase or bitey face. They both constantly steal each others toys too. The big guy puts up with a lot and hasn’t snapped or growled yet. Once the pup grows up abit they will be able to play out in the yard all day.

My big guy (3/4 Rottie 1/4 Neo Mastiff) is just over 2 now. My buddy had a 5 year old, freezer burnt deer roast in his freezer and asked if my dog would eat it. I told him he'd love it and I tossed it to him frozen to gnaw on for a bit. He devoured the ~4lb frozen solid roast in under 5 mins. I spent the rest of the night waiting for him to get sick but he was totally fine. Crazy dog.

Dang he's a big boy! 4 lbs of meat is a nice snack. I bet he would have eaten more if it was bigger.

Went for a bath.

Then to show some appreciation, he tried to take a leak in one of the aisles.

The little husky loves baths, which makes life easier as he has a bit of dandruff.
The big guy has had one bath at home. Almost cost me a bathroom Reno. It was like a cage match in a bath tub. Next time I’m get the dog daycare to do it after he plays for 8 hours.

One of the few times they aren’t stealing each others toys, or wrestling, or over all shenanigans. I think I actually was able to enjoy my morning coffee there.
Good times

We don't mess around bathing at home. For $12 we do it at the pet store. We use their shampoo, conditioner, and towels.

Ours is getting used to not shaking to dry off in the middle of his bath. They can sure make a mess in a hurry.

For how long do the stuffies stay neatly piled in the corner?
