She’s good. Almost 6 months now and is very chill. Has zero markings of a Rotty, looks wise you’d never know she’s not pure lab. Temperament I think is where her Rotty dna is. She’s not as energetic or play driven like our last lab which is a good thing for us. We can play basketball or baseball in the yard and she isn’t trying to chase the ball. Very mild mannered, smart dog. It took our lab a year before he would bark at someone coming down our road in a guarding capacity where she is starting to do that now at 6 months. She’s in a scenting class and is doing very well. Thanks for asking.

Good to hear. You're lucky that she is pretty chill. Oh boy that mix could have made a Tasmanian devil. I'm curious to see how she fills out in another year or so.

That's where all my firewood goes. He thinks he's half snake.

Lmao!!! My little girl Rottweiler thinks she’s part beaver when I’m splitting firewood too! Too funny.

New kennel for the puppy. The poor guy was getting cramped in the XL kennel. His nuts are always hanging out through the bars.

His new one completely disassembles and lays flat. It's sides are the same size as the top and bottom. Now him and his junk will have lots of room to stretch out. And the power cord has been moved out of his reach.

When he was 7 weeks old we got him a tonka bone. He hadn't shown much interest in it until a year and a half later. Saturday evening he found it. It still looked brand new. He chewed on it for a few minutes and then he was done with it.

He's good for the most part. But his favorite chew toys are the boss's hair ties. We should just buy him his own pack lol

New toy. These tuff toys don't last but the boss feels bad for him not having toys so she keeps buying them.

It took about a minute and now the alligator has no feet.

Dog's are the BEST!

I like them better than I like people. People are the WORST!

Huh that’s funny! My little guy usually kills his stuffies in a few hours but he does have a collection now that are still alive, I guess he likes them more! The goose has been alive for almost a year now and the two rabbits are doing great too, lol! He likes to hide them around the house and then brings them out whenever he feels like showing them to us… So funny!
But nothing makes him happier if he is able to steal a pair of my socks!

Savage ,
Raised Rottweilers for a bit. I imagine by now you are familiar with the "Rottweiler Lean" everyone i had loved to lean on people , on the couch in the truck...they took their share of room.

There's no rhyme or reason behind what they are gentle with and what they rip apart.

Hopefully he always leaves you with at least one clean pair of socks

Yes he's constantly pushing against me and I always have to be touching him. If I'm standing up, he's sitting on my foot. He has a bony butt and he's heavy. It's like someone stepping on your foot.

Or when I'm winding down at night on the couch, he's pawing at me if I'm not constantly petting him.

If I'm sitting on the floor, he will crawl into my lap. He weighs almost as much as I do and he thinks he's a lap dog.

He's definitely a people dog. 100%

You have a full house. Hopefully the big dogs help babysit the new big fella. I know when you get a puppy, you tend to forget what the puppy stage was like. Beautiful pup!!

The boss bought our puppy a tactical harness. I don't see anything in the rule book about puppies and open cary conditions.

I finally found out what's making the mess on our brand new leather seat. He hasn't moved in around 15 minutes. At least he hasn't eaten the headrest yet.

I can't sit and relax when he it around. He's either in wrestle mode or baby mode. Like a kid version of Jekyll and Hyde.

I hope all the other puppies you fellas got are doing good too. They sure grow up to make wonderful stories.

Beautiful dogs, both of them.

That Rotty is adorable, congrats Bacon!

That Shar Pei is absolutely gorgeous, looks really, REALLY spendy! Worth EVERY penny no matter the cost. Actually I just did a quick Google search and they are VERY reasonable for that caliber of dog.

I wish I could just surround myself with dogs and not people. I hate people but I love dogs, like, A LOT.. I cant pass one and not give it some love.

They definetly do grow up fast.
The husky is 8.5 months now, and the shepherd cross is about 15months.

Those huskies are a beautiful dog. Pretty big puppy!

Ours was half Husky and half lab. We lost him a few years ago now. And we're still finding white fur on stuff.

The husky should be bigger for the breed. His dad was about 65lbs, maybe close to 70. He sure is stubborn though, and mouthy. But he’s been surprisingly well behaved.

He looks to be about that size. Hard to tell in pics I guess.

Yes by the way he's napping in your first pic, I believe you about his personality lol.

Well if you’ve had a half husky and a Rottweiler you definitely understand stubborn, lol. Your pup seems like quite the character, I’ve always liked Rottweilers.

He's strong willed that's for sure. He's really good. And smart. But sometimes he has his attention on something and doesn't hear you at all. They have a habit of making you look like a fool.
