Default Concrete / Stone Work Question

I am needing some advice from a stone works or concrete guy. I have decorative stone (fake) that that goes up about 4 feet on the side of my garage, both side of the door. The salt from the winter has eaten away a bit of this stone/grouting. Question, would I use a Mortar Type S, surface bonding concrete or parging mix to repair this? Not sure what is needed to fill in the holes and the the routing in between the decorative rock. Thank you.

Salt is eating the stone?

Is this real or fake stone?
