Fishin hole has an Eskimo 8" manual auger on sale right now for $35.00. Got one, works great.
I bought a tank topper heater the other day for $38 at costco, in store only. Same version as Mr. Heater from FH compares at $50.
I agree on the costco tents, got one this year and they're great, used 5 times already.
Don't forget a shovel as well to get rid of the snow before setting up your tent. I picked up a $20 tobagan from Canadian Tire and is great to haul all the gear out on the ice, won't be driving on it till after xmas.
Hope some of this info helps

I'm debating on a 4-6 man or the 3 man from costco.... I don't want to buy the smaller one and regret not getting the bigger one, yet I don't want a huge one that I won't be needing or heating.
Can a three many comfortably fit 2 guys who are 280lbs and a smaller guy?

If you looking for something a little bigger I stepped into this one at wholesale sports. Very Very rommie inside. Could fit an entire family or a bunch of guys.

Love it, wonder how hard it would be to set up in the wind though.

3 of the windows are all cracked, and the black coating inside is coming off in a lot of spots. Havent talked to costco or the manufacturer, shouldnt be much trouble getting the windows replaced, or maybe I will just use it for the season and then exchange it You need some pretty good heat in it, even a good sized sunflower will only heat half of it. No way after a long frosty day on the lake will it go back into the carry bag but a bungy or two will take care of that problem. I doubt one person could handle it in a strong wind, but its made for more than one anyways. I do like it when Im alone, you can set up your two lines inside and have lots of room in between. No running across the lake for a tipup and both holes are sheltered so they stay open. For the price it will be hard to beat, the material is twice as thick as my 2 man, which I could easily set up inside!

NO, Its good for 2 people, but not 3, not even 3 little people. once you get a couple chairs in there, a heater, tacklebox and a few holes, all the floorspace has been claimed.

Wayne, Take it back now before they run out or take them off the shelf. You can have a nother new one by new years and then take that one back at the end of the season. Order one now online get it and then take the old one back. Saw they have 8" Eskimo Mako augers on sale now for 289.00 N edmonton store, others probly too. No isues with mine except I broke the throttle thumb thingy, my fault, droped something on it. LOL. One season and runs great! 2 pulls and started right up after sitting for the summer.
