Default Pembina river camping tomorrow

Heading out to Pembina river to camp and hopefully fish! Wish me luck!

Camping trip was rained out. Lightening , large hail. soaked tent!

Actually the river was down quite bit from a few weeks ago. Looked fishable but we didn't get a chance to fish. Might head out there tomorrow and try again.

lol! oh man, those rained out trips suck, but, there is a way around it, and i'll share my tip on the week.

buy a damn good rain suit and set up a huge tarp like a 40 footer or bigger! even in the rain it wont bother you in the suit cause you stay dry, then park the car or truck under the tarp and unpack it there then set up the tent under the tarp so it stays dry. your good for a solid week of downpours

can you tell I have learned my lesson over 10 times too many? hahaha
