Ain't that the truth. Boston has had some gifts from the refs during the course of the playoffs. Marchand one of the dirtiest players in the league and gets away with a lot. St. Louis got burned during the San Jose series when the refs missed a hand pass resulting in an overtime win for the Sharks. Sometimes it goes your way and sometimes it doesn't. Boston also has plenty of opportunities to score during the game but couldn't put it in.

Without Sutherland, St Louis couldn't get it done tonight.

Sooooooooo
Thoughts on what spice to rim my glass with after dipping it in Rig Rats tears and prior to pouring a caesar with the bottle he will be buying me after a game 7 win by the Bruins???

Kinda leaning toward Montreal Steak spice mixed with Celery salt.

Bahahaha not worried over here. Big game and it got to em. All good
Why Wednesday for a game 7? I fly home from work that night and will miss the game. Ugh wait all year for this game and it lines up with fly day.
But after a long shift a Jack and coke will taste pretty good, now if I only had a bottle of Jack, maybe Thursday. LOL.
Good luck. But not to much luck.

I see on the Blues goal after 15 years they got that call right. Triggered my PTSD though.

I KNOW!!!!! So very familiar. Game 6. It 100% flooded back memories of hanging out with the Trailer Park Boys, my beer over flowing as I put it on the concrete and the vibration/Shaking going on in the Dome causing it to foam up and spill over. Of getting little scars and scabs on my exposed eardrum to the crowd. Seeing the cup wheeled out and then pulled back in towards the hallways under the stands.

THE PUCK WAS IN!!!!

I agree.

I want the Blues to win but I think they blew their best shot in game 6 dropping an egg on home ice in a cup clinching game. That will haunt their fans...

Can't see them winning in Boston, Boston has been there/done that.

Never bet against a winner.

But still, GO BLUES!!!

How bad is that ice there?? That puck is bouncing like a tennis ball.....and a good thing too, for the Blues, or Boston would be up by a couple I suspect. Also good Biddington is on his game!

Classy move Sportsnet running the clock since Blues last shot. Very respectful, Haha so glad their next shot was the opening goal. How did that work out for you SN?
Them late goals hurt, let's hope it was the final dagger, man sucks I will miss the rest of the game.
Hope it's a good one. Stay out of it Refs, I don't even want to hear you were at the game.
GO BLUES!!!

-That was a great save by Binnington;
-That ice does look terrible, puck is constantly bouncing;
-Kinda feel for Rask, he's trying to direct McAvoy to Schenn, who just leaves him wide open, and Schenn makes no mistake.

Well thats that. Boston gave it up what, 3 times in the 20 seconds before the goal? Good for St. Louis.

Who gets the Conn Smyth, guessing:

-O'Reilly;
-Binnington; and then,
-Tarasenko.

I have to say Binnington, he robbed Bruins so many times this game. If not, then Oreilly

I hate to see a grown man cry. Unless it's Marchand. Then it's great......

Default 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs

This is the best thing about hockey...two teams going the distance in a great Stanley Cup Final & then meet at centre ice and shake the hands of their competitors...win or lose. That's what sets hockey apart from all the other professional sports.

Congratulations to the St. Louis Blues, well deserving Champions.

Yesss. Bite it Boston.

Happy for Maroon and Perron. Escape Purgatory and win the big prize.
