Doing a big clean-out of my outdoor gear. I have these old Steiner Predator 10x40 binos, which I received as part of a trade. I like them, they usually stay in my truck during hunting season. My newer Bushnell binos come out into the field with me by default.
No exact matches on Steiner’’s site for these, it’’s got me curious. Were they regarded as a good pair of binoculars, do they have some value? Anyone have some insight?
I had a pair of Steiner Preditor 10x42s for hunting and really liked them. I gave them to my tracker in Africa as he was down to one eyepiece on his binos. I would buy Stieners again.

My Steiners were down to one workable eye piece too, (prism came loose inside) Steiner wouldn't warranty them.
