Default Little bow/travers

Planning on going to Travers Rez tomorrow, access from the campground. My worry is getting back up the hill to the top of the valley. I do have a 4x4 truck but could use some advice, is it plowed often? And if it isn't what's the chances of not making it to the top?

If you have 4x4 and decent tires, you should be fine. It is plowed, not sure how often. I've had trips to Travers stopped by winds that drifted snow 5ft over the hwy.

I do have some decent tires, and we only got 10-15cm of snow so I'm thinking I should be ok?
I am hoping some people have been out there already, usually a fairly busy spot
