Default Fun In The North

Just a few pics of yesterday's outing,,, from ????? lake. What a day we put 4 Pike on the ice in the 12 - 14# range and 10 Walleye in the 3 - 6# range,,, what a blast trying to bring up a 14# Pike up through an 8" hole with 12# test line, no leader and on light ice fishing spinning gear,,, battled one for 10MIN till I tired him out enough.... The pictures really don't do these fish justice,,, these fish are from deep cold N/E lakes and are solid as rocks some of the Pike were a good 4" accross the back what pigs...

39" pike

Nice 4# Walleye

Darn, thought that as it...talked to a fellow that guides on Cold Lake at the Edmonton show and he got me pretty pumped up about the big walleye in that lake. Back to the map....a little north and west huh?

I would'nt try Seibert with a quad but Pinehurst has had more traffic and you may be allright.. Seibert has had next to no traffic on it at all and the snow is deep...
