I have two cow elk tags for WMU that expire on Jan 20th. I drew this special elk license, and am able to designate a resident youth our senior partner to hunt and share the "special tag".
Just wondering if anyone has experience "designating" a special tag with a senior partner?
Right now I don't a partner but would be willing to designate a complementary partner.
