Default Ahhhh... now THAT is a Thanksgiving meal

Turkey? Why? ... most of us have some of nature's bounty in the freezer.

My meal this weekend:

Whitetail tenderloins, marinated in homemade red wine, lamb spices, fresh whole cranberries, chili peppers, 3 cloves of chopped garlic and some olive oil.

Cut some brussel sprouts in half, drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on them, some chopped garlic, and bake in oven in a cast iron frying pan until done.

Take sweet potato, cut into small pieces, add, some onions and boil till soft. Mash and add some coriander seed and margarine/butter.

Stir fry some broccoli and sliced carrots.

Salt the various ingredients to taste.

Plate and enjoy! It's absolutely fabulous. Takes less than 30 minutes to put together.
