Uses the propane torch but very easy to use. I paid $305 for mine, Cdn made product. I did a 100 cases in less than 60 minutes first time out. This looks quicker than holding the coil around each case, IMO.
Was the $305 all in with tx and shipping?

AMP annealed another ~450 .22 Hornet brass. Took about 1.5 hours with setting up dies and switching settings between Winchester and PPU brass and a couple phone calls.

I recently got my custom Valkyrie from KS Arms and I spent the evening messing around with mdt br mags adjusting the feed lips to hold that small cartridge. Made a lip bending tool put of a piece of .5" stainless round stock.

Also fixed the head spacing and clocked a barrel to fit my action better on my loaner 308.

Transferring some trajectory charts, target pics and log data from my phone and notebook onto my shotmarker tablet so I don't have to use my phone anymore when at the range.
This is pretty elementry for some people, but for me it's a major job as I am not familiar with computer IT and such!

I probably missed what you use to clean brass... I have an old tumbler with corn cob media and thought it was not bad but your brass looks newer then new.

To get them looking like that, I wet tumble.

But as you can see, I do have a dry media vibrator too. But I really don’t use it a lot. Just to remove excess lube on sized cases.

BTW, those shiny cases above are now loaded.

spend some time today sorting out the tumbled brass from yesterday, and then annealing it all.
Trimmed the 303 brit, neck sized, and its now ready to go. primer pocket inspection and touch ups on the rest.
be sizing the 6.5 prc, 243 and 7-08 brass tomorrow.

Watched ground hog hunting videos on Utube, (does that count?) Can't wait for the gophers to come out. Now just need to load a couple thousand rounds.

I bought a case trimmer, got going on it, and did 230 300 win mag brass.

Then I primed all those brass.

By todays primer prices, I figure it cost me 4-5 million.....

Sized all my brass from the weekend field trip. Then tumbled them again to get them all shinny.

Wired in a 2nd fan on the annealer. One for the desk to fan the work area, and one on the back of the annealer, to cool internals quicker.

Now just to 3d print the adapter to fit it on, and ready to go for next go round.

I redid my reloading room with new work benches and a couple of storage cabinets that roll under the benches. All Mastercraft and it works very well for my limited space.
Also been prepping some 22-250 brass and today I will load them up to try and find the best charge weight.

After work, I'll be getting started on this years supply of 223 for the gopher patch. I've done all the case prep work already. I'll seat 500 primers tonight and another 500 tomorrow night.

Loaded up the 100 new brass that I had been sitting on for a while for the 300 RUM with my pet load of H1000 and 190 gr NABLR.

And loaded up 35 test loads for the 6.5 PRC with 143 ELDX ( now that I finally found some ) with various charges of H1000, RL25, Retumbo, US869 and H4831, I will get out and shoot them once the weather warms up and the winds isn't blowing, I'm sure one of those loads will be sweet.

Played with my new APW expander mandrel set.

Sized all my brass from last weekends outing the other night, then ran 10 pcs per caliber thru the mandrel.

Loaded 10 that ran thru the mandrel, and 10 that I sized normally. 3 calibers that I'm running this on. 243, 6.5 prc, 7-08. I did notice the bullets seating to be more consistent with the brass that was ran thru the mandrel, so we shall see if that translates to target or not.

Next trip to the range to run 2 - 5 shot groups each of mandrel sized, compared to not mandrel sized, in the 3 calibers and see how the groups stack up. I know these are small sample sized groups, but with todays primers, I do have to be somewhat stingy.

Deprimed and annealed 200 x 223 cases. With my new AGS annealer it took 30 min to do 200 cases. SS polishing a batch of 100 x 223 brass right now.

Loaded 50 rounds of 105's an 50 of 108's for my 6mmBR for tomorrow's long range session.
My Gehmann 1.5x clarifier came in today so hopefully it will help reduce the dreaded vertical dispersion I have been fighting for the longest time in my ten shot strings!

Have to admit im a little dissapointed. This lot has some really crappy peices in it. Lots of oblong and dented necks. First time I have felt the need to prep new Lapua brass. I usually load 'em and go! Hope it is not a sign of things to come.

This whole thing got me thinking of expander mandrels. Is any one using expander mandrels for the purpose of managing neck tension in their hunting loads? I figure precision shooters do this all the time but not sure if it makes sense for a hunter who's happy with 0.75 moa, not aiming for sub 0.25 moa.
Just because it says Lapua on the head stamp, don't mean they made it.....

loaded 70 comp rounds for my 222 mag; only had to size them twice because i forgot i changed the bushing in my die for some other bras last time🙄

prepped another 100 alpha brass for the 6xc. surprised how much the primer pockets take to square out in this brass compared to lapua.

also funny how many out of round necks there are in when shipped in a box that keeps them all separated and not bashing off each other during shipping. i guess it has something to do with the manufacturing process vs. the manufacturer; found the lapua comments comical above.
first match mar 5 in rocky; see you all there!

Been in the gun & loading room pretty steady over the last week or so.

Remounted scopes on the 6 rifles that Bob at Custom Gunworx bedded for me.
Swapped scopes on my Winchester Featherweight 7x57, put a Leupold Vari-X II 2x7 back on it just like wore 40 years ago. Then swapped scopes on the .260 Rem Winchester M70 EW.
Helped my son swap rings and remount the scope on his .223 Savage varmint rifle.

Finally made the decision to thin the herd a bit and narrow my focus on which rifles I am going to keep. Also reduced the number of load combinations for them. Just trying to keep things a little simpler these days. Which means there will be a decent supply of bullets, powder, and a few sets of dies coming up for sale shortly. Narrowed the powder types down to 16 from 24.

Prepped & primed 100 pieces of Hornady brass for the .204 Saturday and loaded them yesterday. Sierra 39 gr. Blitz Kings over Benchmark, Remington 7 1/2 BR primers.

Today I prepped another 100 pieces of .204 brass, Norma this time, and loaded a couple sets of test loads to try out.
