Default Sandy point campground

Hello people wondering if and what kind of boat launch is at sand point bridge by burstal north of medicine hat. Its bin like 10 years since i have bin there and never fished outa a boat there it was always of shore but i have a 175 tracker deep haul and was curious to it all. And also now thinking of it more is there many deep holes in the area. thanks for any info at all

The boat launch is a little rugged. But you won't get stuck. As far as deep holes. I would bet most of the deep holes out there never get fished.

I don't know if I would be on the river with a prop boat, this year. The rivers are as low as I've seen them in a long time.
Down in that part of the river if you break down, help can be a long ways away.

You will not get very far at all without a flatter bottom jet boat for sure

I've been on the river a fair bit this year and it's LOW!! Don't even chance a V-hull and a prop. You'll regret it!!! Jet or nothing and even with a jet you're gonna rub...

Thank so much guy's for the input. I will see if I deside when I drive that way if I'll want fish there or hit up one of my old lakes.
